Fleet servicing for Auckland businesses

A dedicated fleet account manager, scheduled servicing, WOFs, repairs, accessory fitting and registration and RUC on site, for company cars, utes and vans, with courtesy cars to keep your people moving.

Quick answer

Fleet servicing keeps company vehicles safe, legal and on the road with the least downtime. GVI Service Centre in Penrose looks after fleets of cars, utes and vans with a dedicated fleet account manager: scheduled servicing, WOF and COF inspections, brakes, tyres, repairs, accessory fitting, and registration and RUC updates on site. Vehicles are kept in safe, secure storage, we carry extensive public liability insurance, and courtesy cars keep your team moving, subject to availability.

When a vehicle is how your business earns, a day off the road costs real money. Good fleet servicing is about predictable maintenance, fast turnarounds and no surprises. We look after company vehicles of every kind, from sales cars and service vans to utes and EVs.

A dedicated fleet account manager

Fleet customers deal with our dedicated fleet account manager, one person who knows your vehicles, your schedule and how you like to work. They are your point of contact for bookings, quotes and approvals, so you are not explaining the same thing to a different person every time.

What we handle for fleets

  • Scheduled servicing for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles, to manufacturer intervals.
  • WOF and COF inspections, with repairs done on site where we can so vehicles pass first time. See WOF and COF.
  • Brakes, tyres and alignment, the items that wear fastest on working vehicles. See tyres and alignment.
  • Suspension, steering and general repairs, including auto electrical faults and air conditioning.
  • Pre-purchase inspections before you add a used vehicle to the fleet, with a road test and a detailed report. See pre-purchase inspections.
  • EV fleets: servicing, 12V battery care and battery health checks. See EV and hybrid servicing.
  • Accessory fitting for your fleet vehicles, so they leave us ready for work.
  • Registration and RUC updates on site, so the paperwork is dealt with while the vehicle is already here. RUC (road user charges) applies to diesel and electric vehicles.

How we keep vehicles moving

  • Early drop-off and after-hours key drop. Drop vehicles from 7:30am, or leave the keys after hours, so downtime stays low.
  • Courtesy cars to keep your team mobile while a vehicle is with us, subject to availability.
  • Free local pickup and drop-off is available, confirmed when you book. See our service areas.
  • Quoted before work starts. Nothing goes ahead without your approval.

Safe, secure and insured

Fleet vehicles are kept in safe, secure storage while they are with us, and we carry extensive public liability insurance. When your vehicles are your livelihood, you should know they are properly looked after between the drop-off and the pick-up.

Plan around the WOF changes

From 1 November 2026 the WOF interval for many newer vehicles is changing, and the oldest vehicles move from six-monthly to annual checks. If you run a mixed-age fleet, your inspection calendar will look different. Our guide WOF changes from November 2026 sets out the details, and we can help you map each vehicle's next due date.

Getting started

  1. Tell us about the fleet. How many vehicles, what makes and models, and how they are used. We will introduce your dedicated fleet account manager.
  2. We agree a servicing rhythm that suits your work, based on each vehicle's schedule and usage.
  3. We book vehicles in and keep them moving, with quotes approved before work starts.

Call us on 09 579 6083 to talk through what your business needs. We are also close to the East Tāmaki, Mt Wellington and Penrose business areas, so East Tāmaki businesses are a short run from our door.
